Shipping policy

Frye offers shipping anywhere in Canada. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

** Please note that orders placed after 1 pm EST (10am PST) will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

SHIPPING Rates

• Orders shipping to any Canadian Province of more than $150.00 pre-tax qualify for free shipping via ground shipping
• Orders shipping to any Canadian Province of less than $150.00 pre-tax will be shipped via ground shipping at a flat rate of $7
• Orders shipping to any of the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories) will be shipped via ground shipping at a flat rate of $30.00, and are excluded from free shipping

 

TRACKING ORDERS

If you have an account with The Frye Company Canada, simply log onto the site to check your order status by clicking the "Orders" button on the My Account page. Your orders will be listed here in chronological order. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply contact our Customer Service associates to check your order status.
